Who we are
Small on purpose
We are a boutique firm and intend to stay one. That is a decision about how the work is done, not a statement about size: the consultant who takes your brief is the consultant who researches the market, interviews the candidates and sits with you when the offer is made. Nothing is handed to a junior researcher after the sale.
We work success-based. We take no payment to open an assignment and none to present candidates; the fee is earned when your candidate starts. This is a deliberate alignment — it means every assignment we accept is one we have to close, and it means we say no to briefs we do not believe we can fill.
Our own assessment centre instruments are part of the service rather than an additional invoice. We would rather you saw the evidence behind a recommendation than took our word for a shortlist.

If your own channels can reach and assess the right people, we will say so. A firm that recommends its own service in every situation is not giving advice.
The report matters more than the CV
Every shortlisted candidate comes with a written consultant report. What we observed, where the risks are, and what we would want to test further.
The role is described honestly to candidates
Overselling a position closes the offer and loses the person in month three. We describe the difficult parts of a job as well as the attractive ones.
Confidentiality is a practice, not a promise
Controlled information sharing, interviews away from your offices where needed, and references taken in a way that does not expose an employed candidate.
