In short

We use a single measurement tool on this site: Google Analytics. It runs only if you give explicit consent; if you do not, no analytics cookie is written and the site works exactly the same.

We do not run advertising pixels, social media tracking code or any other third-party code designed to build profiles.

Apart from that, we only process the information you choose to send us through the forms.

Cookies and your consent

A consent banner appears on your first visit. Unless you click “Accept”, the Google Analytics script is never loaded in your browser; we deliberately do not use a “load first, restrict later” approach.

If you click “Decline”, no analytics cookie is written. No part of the site is switched off; the forms, calculators and all pages work the same.

Your choice is stored only in your own browser (localStorage, key “yi-cerez-onayi”) and is not sent to us. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.

The cookies written after you consent belong to Google Analytics (those starting with _ga and _ga_). They are used to associate your visits across sessions.

What we measure with Google Analytics

Our aim is to see which pages are useful and improve the site accordingly. The main data measured: pages viewed, time spent on the site, the source you came from, device and browser type, approximate location (country/city level) and a truncated IP address.

We do not send your name, email address, phone number or CV to Google Analytics. Information entered in the forms is not passed to the measurement tool.

The data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC and stored on servers abroad. This constitutes a transfer abroad within the meaning of Article 9 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and is carried out only on the basis of your explicit consent.

You can also switch off Google Analytics completely with a browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Server logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. As with all web servers, request logs (IP address, browser information, requested address, timestamp) may be kept temporarily by the hosting provider for technical operation and security.

We do not use these logs for marketing or process them to build personal profiles.

Requests to the forms are counted for a short time to prevent abuse. This count is kept only in server memory and is not stored permanently.

Information collected through the forms

Information you send through the candidate application form and the quote/contact form is processed for the purposes described in detail in our KVKK Privacy Notice.

This information is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for advertising.

Where is the data stored?

Form records are hosted on Supabase infrastructure, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. This means the data is transferred abroad, which is also explained in the KVKK Privacy Notice.

External links

The site links to our social media accounts and to a map service. When you click these links, the privacy policy of the respective platform applies; we are not responsible for their practices.

These are plain links, not embedded content, so the platforms do not collect data from these pages unless you click.

Security

• All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS; unencrypted connections are blocked at browser level (HSTS).
• The site cannot be embedded in another site's frame.
• Camera, microphone and location access are disabled at browser level.
• Access to form records is restricted at database level.
