Who is the data controller?

Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Yönetici İnsan Danışmanlık Hizmetleri, as data controller, within the scope described below.

What personal data do we process?

We process only the information you choose to send us through the forms on this site. In addition, anonymised usage statistics are collected with Google Analytics only if you give your explicit consent in the cookie banner; the details are in our Privacy & Cookie Policy. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party tracking code.

Please do not write special categories of personal data — such as health, religion, membership or criminal records — in the free-text fields. Processing such data is subject to separate and stricter conditions under Article 6 of the KVKK, and the forms are not designed to collect it.

For what purposes is your data processed?

• Evaluating candidate applications and matching them with suitable roles
• Running recruitment processes and building a candidate pool
• Responding to quote requests and establishing business communication
• Measuring and improving the quality of our service
• Meeting legal obligations and preserving evidence in case of disputes

How is data collected and on what legal basis?

Your personal data is collected electronically when you fill in the forms on this website.

For candidate applications, your data is processed on the basis of the explicit consent you give in the form (KVKK Art. 5/1). An application cannot be sent without consent.

For quote and contact requests, your data is processed because it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and on the basis of the data controller's legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

Who is your data shared with?

Within the scope of your explicit consent, candidate data is shared only with our client employers, and only to be considered for the relevant role. It is never sold, rented or transferred to any other third party for marketing.

Your data is hosted on Supabase infrastructure, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Your data is therefore transferred abroad. This transfer is carried out under Article 9 of the KVKK — on the basis of your explicit consent for candidate applications, and under the transfer conditions set out in the Law for other requests.

Data may be disclosed to legally authorised public authorities upon their request, within the framework of the applicable legislation.

How long is your data kept?

Candidate application records are kept for two years from the date of application so that they can be considered for the candidate pool. At the end of this period they are deleted or anonymised.

Quote and contact requests are kept for three years after the request is concluded.

Where legislation requires a longer retention period, that period applies. You may request deletion at any time, even before the retention period ends.

How do we keep your data secure?

• The site and form communication run over end-to-end encrypted connections (HTTPS); unencrypted connections are blocked at browser level.
• Row-level access restrictions are enforced in the database; the key sent to the browser can only create new records and cannot read, change or delete existing ones.
• The forms are protected against automated submissions.
• Access to data is limited to the people who need it to do their job.

Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

By applying to the data controller, you may exercise the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed
• To request information about the processing if it has been processed
• To learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• To know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom the data has been transferred
• To request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
• To request deletion or destruction of the data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
• To request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
• To object to a result against you arising exclusively from analysis by automated systems
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

How to apply

You can send requests regarding your rights, together with information that verifies your identity, by email to info.spam-tuzagi@yoneticiinsan.com or in writing to Bağdat Cad. No:511 Uğur Apt. Kat 4, Bostancı, 34744 Kadıköy/İstanbul.

Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

If your application is rejected, if you find the response insufficient, or if no response is given in time, you retain the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
